We drove the entire coastline of Florida in January 2012 looking at areas where we may want to relocate and retire. After traveling the down the east coast and up the west we liked the beauty of the gulf coast and its proximity to Kentucky. Waterscape is definitely oriented toward family enjoyment given the tropical oasis of three pools; one heated, a zero-entry pool with cascading waterfall, plus a Lay-Z-River. Relax on the 490' private white sand beach while enjoying the Gulf breeze and the emerald green water. And to make it more enjoyable, the rentals includes complimentary beach service (2 beach chairs and one umbrella) for our guest during the period of March 1st through October 31st.
