Paradise awaits you at Waterscape A420, beautifully decorated in a coastal theme that compliments the resort and its surroundings. The living area and master bedroom offers an amazing view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis of pools. Step through the full-length glass doors onto a spacious balcony and relax on comfortable seating for a more intimate experience that includes a view of a tropical garden and pool oasis along with a partial view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. and tiled floor. All tableware, cooking utensils, bakeware, and small appliances are provided. The quaint glass top dining room table has seating for four people with additional bar seating. This lovely unit offers twin bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, full bath with a stand up shower, and a GE front-load washer and dryer just off of the kitchen. The open living room is nicely decorated and has a Queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The master bedroom features a king bed with memory foam mattress, private bath with a combo tub and shower, flat screen TV, DVD player, walk-in closet, and sliding door onto the balcony. Enjoy complimentary streaming video to the smart HDTVs.
Waterscape is a gulf front water resort and the only property around with this level of amenities and 490' of private beach front. From the spectacular split-level courtyard, overlook the oasis of pools, one a zero-entry. There is a shaded play area with rubberized mat for toddlers and children adjacent to a splash area filled with built-in water toys. Waterscape has 2 hot tubs, a 10' waterfall, and an incredible Lay-Z-River for floating along in the sunshine. For active adults, there is a fitness center opened 24/7 with pleasing views of this tropical oasis. - To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to 25% of the total cost is required when booked. Your final payment is due 60 days (90 days for long term reservations) prior to your arrival. We prefer payments through Zelle offered by most major banks, a secure method of payment processing from your bank account. We also accept personal checks on bookings >30 days out from arrival. Another payment option is by credit card processed through PayPal, however, a 3% convenience fee is added to the estimated total cost.

The Damage Protection Fee is a low cost means to protect against accidental damages. Owners have elected to self insure providing accidental property damage protection coverage with a limit of $500. Guests are liable for accidental damages exceeding the coverage limit with unlimited liability for intentional damage.
Cancellations: • Short Term Reservation Cancellations o Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable, 100% forfeiture of advance reservation payments. o Cancellations on the day of arrival or early departure after check-in are non-refundable, 100% forfeiture of advance reservation payments. o If cancellation is made outside of the 60 days of arrival, your reservation deposit will be returned, less a $100 cancellation fee and any fees identified as non-refundable. o If the final reservation payment is not received 60 days prior to arrival, we will treat the reservation as a cancellation and advance reservation payments are non-refundable and 100% forfeited. • Long Term Reservation Cancellations: o Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 90 days of arrival are non-refundable, 100% forfeiture of advance reservation payments. o If cancellation is made outside of the 90 days of arrival, your reservation deposit will be returned, less a $100 cancellation fee and any fees identified as non-refundable. o If the balance is not received 90 days prior to arrival, we will treat the reservation as a cancellation and return the reservation deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and any fees identified as non-refundable. • Cancellations must be made by 11:59 AM Central on the cut-off day. Cancellation Protection: We are not responsible for the weather or other Acts of God that may result in the state or local authorities ordering a mandatory evacuation. Similarly, losses may result from cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as health issues, death, job loss, or jury duty. Subject to the cancellation provision set forth in this rental agreement, there will be no refunds for these occurrences and 100% forfeiture of advance reservation payments. We highly recommend that all guest purchase travel protection from a provider of your choice. A reservation for more than 21 consecutive days is considered a "long term reservation" and special payment terms apply. An advance reservation deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, the remaining 75% is due 60 days prior to check-in, 90 days for long term reservations.
